Permission to Share

Do I have to share my images. The choice is always yours unless you do a model call.
We understand that not everyone is able to share them.

If you do a regular session, you can decide completely, you can also pick which photos I share if you decide to share them.

If you just wish to share them in the Attic Room that completely fine.

For sneaks prior to receiving your gallery link, you cannot pick the images. I can only post sneaks in the Attic Room Boudoir Group. Because of their size I am unable to send sneaks any other way. If you don't wish them to be posted until you have seen them, you will need to wait until you receive your link when the gallery is completed.

If you did a model call session you need to complete the model call release instead of this form.

I will say boudoir sessions are incredibly empowering and sharing your images in a group like this where the ladies are so incredibly supportive helps boost your confidence even more.

Do you wish to pick the photos that are shared of you, or do you trust Scarlett Rose Photography's discretion? If you wish to pick the photos posted you will not receive sneaks and will have to contact Scarlett rose photography with your selection of photos once you have your gallery link.(This is not available if you are doing a model call or an Ambassador)

I, hereby grant Scarlett Rose Photography, irrevocable permission to publish photographs of me as select in the section above.

These images may be published in any manner indicated in terms and condition's part 1.

I understand that in the future should I no longer wish to have my images published that if I received a discount for sharing my images (model call/ambassador discount) that I would have to pay the remainder of the session total for my images not to be posted in the future.

I understand that any photographs published cannot be removed once published. If you received a discount for sharing your images and paid the remainder of the session total for my images, any photos already published cannot be removed.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and competent to sign this release on my own behalf.

I have read this release and fully understand its implications.
